WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ITEM(S)?

Shipping time depends on your location as well as the item you ordered.

Because most of our items are handmade and revised carefully before sending them to you, the delivery time policy is between 7-30 days. 

If your product does not arrive after 30 days, please send us an email to: support@denixstyle.com,  and we will issue a complete refund for your order.

Average time: 14 days.

 

WHERE ARE MY ITEMS COMING FROM?

Denixstyle partners with jewelry artisans and global merchants and manufacturers in order to provide you the best possible prices and a unique global shopping experience. Due to the incredibly high popularity of all our products and because we ship directly from our partners in different countries, please allow extra shipping time. Our warehouses are located in US and China.

We work only with the best and most experienced suppliers.

  

I ORDERED MULTIPLE ITEMS, WHY DID I ONLY RECEIVE ONE?

Often, when you order multiple items different distribution channels are being utilized. As such, many times each item will be shipped separately. You may receive one item before the next. So don't panic if you don't receive all of your items at once…they will get to you :-)

 

 

HOW SECURE IS MY PERSONAL INFORMATION?

www.denixstyle.com adheres to the highest industry standards to protect your personal information.

Our store makes use of SSL (secure socket layer technology) with an industry standard 256-bit encryption technology. This is the same level of encryption used by large banks to keep your information secure.

Your credit card information is only used to complete the requested transaction and is not subsequently stored.

 

I PLACED AN ORDER BUT I DIDN'T RECEIVE A CONFIRMATION EMAIL...

Kindly check your SPAM folder to see if your confirmation email was sent there. You can also contact our support team and they will be able to assist you further.

 

RETURN POLICY

Returns

 

***No refunds on free plus shipping items***

 

Our policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have gone by since you received your order, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

 

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. If your item is damaged, please send an image to support@denixstyle.com and we will fix it :)

 

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

 

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)

Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error

Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery

 

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

 

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.  If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at support@denixstyle.com

 

Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

 

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

 

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
